She has a strong background in patient care and clinical knowledge, with a dedicated focus on leadership and management for more than 8 years. Currently, Lilian serves as the Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services, and she is poised to make transformative contributions to The Trust Hospital.

Lilan is a laurel in academics who shows a great passion for continuous learning, professional development, and achievements. She recently graduated as a Chartered Risk Analyst from the Global Academy Of Finance And Management and is a Fellow of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). Lilian holds two Master’s degrees in Clinical Leadership & Management and Advanced Nursing Practice. Also, she has a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her State Registered Nurse credentials complement her multifaceted approach to healthcare leadership.
Before joining The Trust Hospital in 2020, Lilian held prominent positions at renowned institutions such as Finney Hospital and Fertility Centre as the head of Nursing and Midwifery Services, Nyaho Medical Center as Nurse Manager-Emergency and Ambulance care, and Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in various roles.
