Mr. Issah is a highly skilled IT professional with a strong business focus and is also a Chartered Banker. With over 25 years of experience, he has proven his ability to manage large divisions, projects, program management, and coordination, as well as to assure the quality of business systems development and develop financial processes based on LogFrame, a World Bank project lifecycle management standard.
Mr. Issah has also completed several international assignments, including serving on the Commonwealth Fund for Technical Cooperation in 2003 at the Ghana Commercial Bank, where he worked as an Information Technology Expert and General Manager of Systems and Information Technology. His contributions were significant and evident, as he repositioned the Ghana Commercial Bank as a modern and leading universal bank in the Ghanaian market.
Furthermore, Mr. Issah served as the Head of Total Quality Management at the Islamic Development Bank Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
He also served as a Senior Consultant between December 1997 – June, 1998 at DuPont (EMA), UK, and June – November, 1998 at Guinness Pic (UK and Ireland), as Senior Consultant at ICI Paints International (Europe), Slough, UK, and finally served as Principal Analyst at British Gas Plc (formerly British Gas, South Eastern), Croydon, London, UK
Mr. Issah is currently the ICT Adviser at Amandi Company Limited in Accra, Ghana.
