He currently serves on the Board of The Trust Hospital, where he provides strategic insight, governance expertise, and business leadership to advance the hospital’s growth and strengthen its commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Dr. Jones-Mensah is the Chief Executive Officer and Group Chairman of Empire Domus Group, a diversified conglomerate with interests in real estate, infrastructure, construction materials, and global trade. With over fifteen years of executive leadership experience, he has successfully led the development and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and property projects that have strengthened Ghana’s built environment and contributed to national economic growth. His leadership is characterised by innovation, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Under his leadership, Empire Domus has emerged as a recognised leader in luxury real estate development, delivering iconic residential and commercial projects, including Embassy Court in Cantonments, which has set new benchmarks for architectural excellence and sustainability. He has also driven the adoption of modern technologies in real estate, spearheading initiatives such as smart homes and energy-efficient building systems.
Beyond real estate, Dr. Jones-Mensah has led major infrastructure projects through Empire Roads & Highways Ltd., playing a key role in the development and upgrading of strategic road networks across Ghana.
